We will spend a carefree day in close contact with nature and the animals of an authentic Gargano farm.
The experience is perfect for young and old.
On this day we will be guided on an exciting day amidst the scents of the Apulian countryside on a farm in Sitizzo (Monte Sant’Angelo), discovering the flavors of the past.
We will have time to "touch" the processing of mozzarella and other dairy products prepared strictly "as it once was".
The day ends at the table with a lunch of typical products, a good wine and lots of fun.
There will be plenty of time for a horse riding excursion and for relaxing in the open air among cows, chickens and other farm animals.

The price is 29 euros per person and includes:
- Demonstration and "Hands in pasta" with tasting of freshly produced mozzarella
